THE BASE CURRICULUM
Year 1 includes the paid 4-month core Amplify program and 8 months of intensive personal and professional coaching. At year 2, talent transition into the Amplify Alumni Network.
Community partnerships
Amplify builds partnerships with on-the-ground community-based organizations (CBOs) focused on violence prevention and justice system involved young people to identify talent. This relationship-based referral model is strategically designed to create a robust pathway of support and opportunity.
