Our Mission:
Amplify.
Amplify Chicago is a justice system to professional pathway for young people ages 20 to 26 designed to drive economic development and wealth creation in Chicago’s most resilient communities.
Program
Amplify’s holistic approach to closing the opportunity gap is grounded in transformative relationships and designed to accelerate business, academic, social, and emotional growth. Through the intensive internship and apprenticeship model, participants earn industry credentials, build investment portfolios, address trauma, set personal and professional goals, and transition into career and entrepreneurial pathways.

As of 2019 data, Amplify talent had an average growth increase of 2.8 years in Math, measured by the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
