Amplify Chicago is a justice system to professional pathway for young people ages 20 to 26 designed to drive economic development and wealth creation in Chicago’s most resilient communities. — Amplify Chicago is a wealth-building pathway integrating career, leadership, and entrepreneurship for 20 to 26- year-old young men and women from underserved communities that have been disproportionately impacted by violence, criminal activity, economic disruption, and educational disinvestment.

Amplify Chicago is founded by The Academy Group.
